The personal data you provide will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the conference and maintaining communication with participants.

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
3. Data Collected
This site runs on a local install of WordPress configured to neither send data through third-party servers nor save any cookies on your device. If you register online for this conference, you will be asked to enter individual data such as your name and your email address. This happens on a voluntary basis and over an encrypted connection to the server. The data you enter will be deleted a few weeks after the event.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your data will not be shared with third parties. It will only be used internally by the conference organizers for the purposes stated above.
5. Data Retention
Your personal data will be stored only until the follow-up of the conference is completed. There will be no long-term or permanent storage of your data.
